Fanlify is a platform where creators and fans can connect, share content and build communities. Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful and inspiring environment for everyone.
By using Fanlify, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, our End User License Agreement (EULA) and applicable laws.
1. Respect Others
Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
Do not harass, threaten, bully, intimidate or insult other users.
Content or behavior intended to humiliate, intimidate or intentionally harm another person is not allowed.
2. Safe and Legal Content
Only publish content that complies with applicable laws.
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- violence or promotion of violence
- criminal or illegal activities
- terrorist or extremist content
- self-harm or suicide promotion
- dangerous challenges or harmful behavior
- sexually explicit content where prohibited by applicable law
- content that endangers the safety of others
3. Authenticity and Honest Behavior
Be honest about who you are.
You must not:
- impersonate another person, creator or organization
- create fake identities for fraudulent purposes
- manipulate users through deceptive practices
- intentionally spread false information that may cause harm
4. AI-Generated Content
Fanlify provides AI-powered tools that help creators generate content.
AI-generated content is permitted, provided that it complies with these Community Guidelines and applicable laws.
You remain fully responsible for all content you publish, regardless of whether it was created by you or generated using AI.
AI tools must not be used to:
- impersonate other people
- deceive users
- create illegal content
- violate intellectual property rights
- spread misinformation intended to cause harm
5. Intellectual Property
Only upload content that you own or have permission to use.
Respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights and other intellectual property rights.
If your content includes another identifiable person, you should have their permission where required by applicable law.
6. Privacy and Personal Information
Respect the privacy of others.
Do not publish personal, confidential or sensitive information about another person without their permission.
Examples include:
- private contact information
- government identification documents
- financial information
- passwords or security credentials
- private conversations shared without permission
7. Hate Speech, Discrimination and Harassment
Fanlify does not tolerate hate speech or discrimination.
Content that attacks, threatens or promotes hatred against individuals or groups based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or similar protected characteristics is prohibited.
8. Spam, Fraud and Platform Abuse
Do not misuse the platform.
This includes:
- spam
- phishing
- scams
- fake giveaways
- fake engagement
- automated abuse
- attempts to bypass subscriptions or paid content
- attempts to interfere with the operation or security of Fanlify
9. Creator Content and Paid Content
Respect creators and their work.
Do not copy, redistribute, record or share paid or subscriber-only content outside Fanlify without permission.
Do not attempt to obtain paid content through unauthorized methods.
10. Child Safety
Protecting children is one of our highest priorities.
Any content that exploits, sexualizes, endangers or abuses minors is strictly prohibited.
Where required, such content may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
11. Reporting Violations
If you believe content violates these Community Guidelines, please use the reporting tools available within Fanlify.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
Submitting intentionally false or abusive reports may itself violate these Community Guidelines.
12. Enforcement
If these Community Guidelines are violated, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- remove content
- issue a warning
- temporarily restrict account features
- suspend the account
- permanently terminate the account
The action taken depends on the severity and frequency of the violation.
13. Appeals
If you believe that moderation action was taken in error, you may contact our support team for review.
We will evaluate each appeal individually.
14. Changes to these Community Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.
If significant changes are made, we will notify users through the App, our website or other appropriate communication channels.
Your continued use of Fanlify after the effective date of the updated Community Guidelines constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
